Manually Positioned Jacks

Manually Positioned Jacks were engineered for those that do not use spotter-trucks, but need a true stabilizing solution. The StabilJack M Series provides the front end support needed to stabilize trailers during loading and unloading. The trailer landing gear was not engineered to withstand the motion and weight shifts created during loading and unloading. The varying motion and weight shifts can create a “diving board” effect. Traditional stands cannot bear this motion and weight shift. Traditional stands are often “spit out” from under the trailer when the pressure becomes too much and/or landing gear fails tipping the trailer and leaving the fork truck driver in serious peril. The M Series models take only 8-12 lbs of force to move even though they can handle weights of 160,000 lbs!

StabilJack Trailer and Tanker models are easily positioned in place by the employee. The jacks take less manual effort to position correctly than a traditional stand. The flag encourages proper centering and depth placement under the trailer ensuring the jack can do its job. Traditional stands are typically not cranked up to meet the bottom of the trailer because once loaded it takes incredible strength and force of the employee to un-crank and remove the stand from under the trailer. StabilJack has been engineered to make the un-crank and removal process easy for the employee. A hand brake and parking brake feature make moving and placement smooth and safe. With this ease of use, employees are more apt to properly place the Stabiljack each time. The trailer is truly stabilized protecting employees and product from loss.

StabilJack uses high quality parts to ensure low maintenance. The steering tires are never flat foam tires and slime, no leak trailer tires are used on the jack end. No air required! From the steel, to the jacks, brakes, battery, and motor – all parts are intended for outdoor use and can withstand the elements.  A bi-annual greasing of the jack zerk fittings is the only maintenance recommended.
